The Rosé is made with Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The grapes for the 2014 Rosé came from our vineyards located in the Golden Mile Bench , Oliver. The growing season was perfect for the grapes, with warm temperatures and long hours of sunlight required for further fruit development. Harvested on the first week of October.

The results of the process is a bright rosé with notes of raspberry, strawberry, grassy and floral aroma of lilies and spice. This balanced wine finishes clean with plenty of flavors of peaches and cherries. Drink now or enjoy over the next 2 years.

This versatile wine can be paired with turkey, chicken dishes, BBQ burgers, ribs, charcuterie, salmon, lobster, pizza or enjoyed on its own.

Grapes are cold soaked on their skins for maximum extraction of color and fruit. Then the juice is extracted, cooled and inoculated with a french yeast and fermented in closed top stainless steel tanks to preserve the the essence of fruit.
