Single vineyard, Milestone Vineyard, Limited Release.

One more time the Cabernet Sauvignon has proved to be the king of the reds. And Adrian Cassini wants to prove with this vintage and the following that this is a wine fit for kings.

After five years of barrel trials, fermentation styles and vineyard blocks separation, custom yeast and battling with the Mother Nature, 6 barrels out of 27 were selected for this vintage. Nothing but the best of the best goes into this Grand Reserve.

The 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Grand Reserve is big, rich, intense, voluptuous. Seductive style showing supple plum, mocha, dates, cassis, vanilla toffee, chocolate and red wild berry fruit making it spicy and aromatic. Layers of flavors flood the palate dramatically huge and memorable creating a long lasting and lingering finish. Good tannins sweetly ripe and soft will give a long life to this wine.

Drink now to 2024. Cellar condition required.
